General Description: Responsible for the day to day operations, performance and profitability of an assigned store. This includes ensuring operational standards are met, financial standards and goals are achieved, customer service levels are met.

Our Store Managers:

  • Establish and track store operating goals to ensure profitability.
  • Achieve and maintain profitability for store.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service within store.
  • Maintain the highest level of compliance with all company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
  • Ensure proper asset and inventory controls are in place.
  • Protect company assets and maintain company confidentiality.
  • Plan store or location layout and ensure availability of merchandise for rental and display.
  • Inspect merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed by the sales team.
  • Order merchandise, supplies and equipment within budget and company guidelines.
  • Conduct weekly idle inventories and reconcile discrepancies per company policy.
  • Recommend additions to or deletions of merchandise to be sold in the store.
  • Manage sales team in completing sales plans and activities.

  • Review, prepare and submit management and financial reports as required.
  • Perform opening/closing duties in accordance with company policy & procedure.
  • Make daily deposits in accordance with company policy & procedure.

  • Manage sales team to perform marketing duties to increase sales.

  • Develop Assistant Managers and Managers-In-Training to become successful Store Managers.
  • Assign duties to workers and schedule break periods, work hours and vacations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lienholders, law enforcement agencies, car dealers, other RTO businesses, vendors and others within community.
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with other stores and members of the company management team.
  • Listen to and resolve customer complaints to restore and promote good public relations.
  • Utilize internal company resources including intranet, fitment guide, etc., when needed.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and split days off until 7 p.m. or later.
  • Ability to travel by any conventional mode of travel.

General Description: Responsible for assisting customers with selecting rental merchandise to meet their needs and budgetary requirements, recording and processing transactions, maintaining showroom appearance and assisting in other areas of the store as needed by management.

  • Explain rent-to-own program to customers
  • Recommend and quote prices on tires and wheels

General Description: Responsible for telephone and field collections to ensure rental accounts are current, controlling and managing daily credit activities including in-home collections, skip tracing to locate customers and merchandise, recovery of merchandise and processing legal accounts when necessary.

Our Account Representatives:

  • Organize daily activities to perform collection tasks
  • Communicate with customers with past due accounts via telephone or written communication
  • Visit past due customers in-home as necessary to collect payment or recover merchandise
  • Follow Company's plan for record keeping on all correspondence with customers and status of collection efforts
  • Follow all State and Federal collection laws
  • Establish and maintain relationships with area lien holders and law enforcement agencies
  • Negotiate return of store merchandise with lien holders
  • Advise management on merchandise recovery and prosecution decisions
  • Team with store sales staff on initial rental decisions
  • Receive payments and post amount paid to customer's account

General Description: Responsible for proper installing of wheels and tires, balancing wheels, checking for correct fit, rotating tires and repairing damaged tires as necessary.

Our Tire Technicians:

  • Perform wheel and tire installations, balance wheels, check for correct fit, rotate tires and repair damaged tires in accordance with proper procedures.
  • Ensure required paperwork, before and after work is performed, is complete and accurate when installing any product on a vehicle.
  • Ensure that customer vehicles are treated with great care. Vehicles must be returned to the customer in the same or better condition than when they arrived.
  • Coordinate delivery activities with showroom personnel.
  • Coordinate with other store personnel to ensure shop area is clean, organized and safe at all times.
  • Follow proper safety and installation measures.
  • Advise supervisor of any potential problems.
  • Attend ongoing training on safety and new products.
  • Provide proper care, service and maintenance of equipment, tools and merchandise.Label and engrave products according to company procedure.
  • Clean and refurbish merchandise returned from rental.
  • Clean, service and maintain company vehicles.
  • Protect company assets and maintain company and customer confidentiality.
